Our Interactive Coaching Service (ICS) is one of the industry’s first vendor services that provides in-context, hands-on coaching and strategic & tactical advice to increase the effectiveness and profitability of your management, sales, marketing and channel operations.

Each ICS client aligns with a Hillspoint Coach whose goal is to develop a close relationship with you and your organization; to gain an in-depth understanding of your business and to ensure that our advice is completely relevant to your market opportunity, business strategy, financial situation and operational objectives.

Your assigned coach will be one of our senior executives. Together they have over 30+ combined years of international business experience and 70+ combined years of field operations and executive management experience. In supporting your objectives and business initiatives they will leverage all of the Hillspoint practice areas and centers of excellence, as well as their global network of business & government contacts; partners, distributors, resellers & agents; researchers & PR/media sources and industry analysts. Our primary objective is that your Hillspoint coach quickly becomes your trusted advisor.

Your Hillspoint coach will:

  • Understand your business strategy and sales, marketing & operational goals
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of your existing sales operations and channel relationships
  • Coach you through evaluating and assessing your existing go-to-market operations
  • Advise you on more effectively managing your distribution channels – both direct & indirect
  • Assist you on management, operations and general business initiatives and concerns
  • Provide key insights on domestic & global markets and sales, marketing & operations strategies
  • Educate you on horizontal & vertical sales opportunities and prospect sources
  • Reduce the risk and exposure in your worldwide sales and marketing operations

In addition to their assigned coach, each ICS client receives:

  • quarterly on-site workshop, bootcamp or roundtable on a topic(s) of your choice
  • unlimited telephone hotline access – ask us any question you want about operations, strategy, sales, deal closing, compensation plans, business development, marketing, relationship building programs, negotiating strategies, pricing models, cost comparisons, etc.
  • a quarterly operations review
  • complementary membership in the ICS Peer Support Group
  • periodic teleconferences/webinars

There are no contracts to sign. Clients are billed monthly and may cancel at any time
